Shipping and Delivery

For international orders, we ship through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post. Please note that any customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country are to be borne by the customer. While we strive for timely delivery, estimated delivery times for international shipments can vary due to customs processing and local postal services. Shipping insurance is typically not included unless explicitly requested and arranged prior to dispatch, at an additional cost.

Please be aware that delivery times for international shipments may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability (like war or civil unrest), customs delays, or other events beyond our control. While we will always do our best to assist, KAIMURAY LLP cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by such external factors.

In the event of a failed delivery (e.g., due to incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to clear customs), any re-shipping costs or return shipment costs will be borne by the customer.

For domestic orders, we use registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

The making of each product will take 7–15 days, after which the shipping time will depend on the delivery partner’s schedule or as agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of the shipment is subject to courier company/post office norms. KAIMURAY LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to them within 0-24 days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date.
